Sponge Bob in Square Pants!!!!

Happy Monday ….. I’m on a roll and loving, making, and using action wobbles on my projects!!

For my project today, I have made a Sponge Bob in Square Pants Action Wobble 5th Birthday card for a friend of mine’s nephew! This card was a lot of fun to make and I hoping it will be a lot of fun for Caden!!!!

Recipe:
  • Sponge Bob in Square Pants is a Mardenz paper piecing file
  • background is DCWV The Number Stack
  • Make the Cut was used for the lettering and number “5” which is the Pickwick font
  • scraps were used for the piecings
  • all edges were inked with Inkadinkadoo chalks
  • instructions for making an Action Wobble are:
wrap approximately 6 to 8 inches of wire around a       pencil - I use a zig pen as I want more stability to hold my Action Wobble
pull the wire off gently which gives you this spring
using, Make the Cut, I have cut two (2) circles approximately 2-inches
using hot glue, glue one side of your spring to one of your circles and hold in place until completely cooled
    and set
after the one side is set, glue the other side and again hold in place until completely cooled and set
*** this is very very important
which I have learned the hard way ****
after both sides are completely, set --- glue to card and watch your card dance and wobble!!!

I'm sew glad you stopped by today and checked out my Sponge Bob in Square Pants!!! Have a great crafting day and see you tomorrow for:

  • God Bless you and thanks ever sew much for stopping by today and help me reach 400 followers as we shall
    P-A-R-T-Y!!!!!
